"Red Jacket" a Portrait

"Red Jacket" is my second human portrait. It is on canvas board measuring 16 x 20 inches in size and is acrylic. I am pretty happy with this painting as it is a huge improvement from my first portrait (and no you won't see it LOL.) This is a birthday gift to my mother.

"Toby" a Tibetan Terrier

Meet my other 'brother' Toby. I had promised my mother that I would do a portrait of him for her. I decided to try something different and painted this in oils. I have to say that I really think I prefer working with acrylics, but I am still willing to give it a chance again. This painting was done on stretched canvas measuring 12 x 16 inches in size.
